BLAKE SAFEGUARDING

At BLAKE, ensuring that young people feel safe and heard is central to everything we do. We encourage young people to share their concerns and worries with us, with the understanding that we will listen and take appropriate action to enhance their safety and reduce any risk of harm.

 

All staff members at BLAKE undergo enhanced DBS checks and receive extensive training and support in safeguarding, which enables them to demonstrate exceptional safeguarding practices.

 

We maintain a strong safeguarding culture at BLAKE, supported by processes and procedures that ensure all concerns are documented and reported in accordance with statutory guidance and best practices.

 

Additionally, we have solid multi-agency relationships and work diligently outside of our sessions to make sure the voices of our young people are heard and understood.
